I stayed at Jawharet Al Majd for 3 nights during my trip to Mecca. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Rafi Mian. They allowed me to check in and check out late without any additional charges. The room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water and tea. The housekeeping staff, Mehboob and supervisor Rafique, provided excellent service. The hotel also had a spacious parking area, which was convenient since I traveled by car. I had a great experience and found it to be excellent value for money.

The staff was so helpful, they were willing to assist me 24/7, which was quite amusing because I needed Google translator to communicate with them. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom, big enough to throw a party in.

The hotel was conveniently located on a slope, making it a fun challenge for wheelchair users and the elderly. Oh, and let's not forget the delightful experience of the slow, smelly, and humid elevators.

This place was clean and well-kept, and the staff went above and beyond in their service. The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of the city, and it was also nearby to the main attractions. I enjoyed some tasty Pakistani dishes at the restaurant here.

Ideal base for 1 night with exceptional and polite staff at the reception desk. All in all good setting next to Mecca. And a 15-minute walk from a massive mosque.

We had a wonderful time in the deluxe quadruple room, the location was perfect in the heart of the action, and we loved that Al Majlis Restaurant was just a short walk away, we dined there multiple times.
